Interesting Catholic article on the top songs of 2010. What does this say about our culture?
It’s interesting. ”Hey, Soul Sister” is the top song of 2010. Seems like people would like to believe that true love exists but, looking at the rest of the list, they think it comes through promiscuity and physical attraction. Then, when this does not bring them love, they become disillusioned and give up on TRUE love. Then, the only way they feel any small bit of love is from any physical affection they can get, even if it is detrimental to their spiritual, mental, and or physical health.
